Equipment Description
The load-bearing frame adopts square tube welding and baking finish process to enhance the overall stability of the equipment.
Production Capacity: 20 seconds per piece
This equipment adopts conveyor line assembly mode. It is equipped with 6 six-axis robots to complete product assembly, glue dispensing, loading and unloading. Multiple cameras are used for visual inspection to check the quality of assembly and glue application. Finished products are automatically palletized and discharged.
It is applicable to the assembly of paper discs with different diameters.
Main configurations: 6 sets of 6-axis robotic arms, multiple sets of XINJE servo motors, 2 panel bins, 2 paper tube bins, 1 pre-pressing and curing conveyor line, 1 unloading and palletizing conveyor line, vision system, 1 laser marking machine, white latex feeding system, Xingchen cylinders, XINJE touch screen, XINJE PLC and other mainstream domestic brand components.
