Equipment Description
The load-bearing frame is fabricated with square tube welding and baking finish technology to enhance the overall stability of the equipment.
Production Capacity: 20-30 seconds per piece
The equipment adopts flip pressing process for assembly. It is equipped with 4 six-axis robots to complete product assembly, glue dispensing, loading and unloading. Multiple cameras are used for visual inspection to verify the quality of assembly and glue application. Finished products are automatically palletized and discharged.
It is compatible with paper reels of different diameters.
Main configurations: 4 sets of 6-axis robotic arms, multiple sets of XINJE servo motors, 2 panel bins, 1 paper tube bin, 1 supporting belt winding machine, 2 conveyor lines, vision system, 1 laser marking machine, white latex feeding system, Xingchen cylinders, XINJE touch screen, XINJE PLC and other mainstream domestic brand components.
