Equipment Description
The load-bearing frame is made of square tubes with welding and baking finish process to enhance overall stability.
Production Capacity: 1.5-2.5 seconds per piece
At the front section, the machine uses an indexer bin and vacuum conveyor to separate and feed paper sheets. The rear section is equipped with Epson 4-axis robot and vision system, which captures images for positioning, picks up sheets and stacks them. Hot melt adhesive is applied layer by layer during stacking. After pre-pressing, the finished stacks are unloaded.
The quantity of paper core discs can be set freely.
Main Components: Epson 4-axis robotic arm, vision system, conveyor line, 2-axis XINJE servo module, hot melt glue spraying system, 6-station indexer, XINJE PLC, XINJE touch screen and other mainstream brand parts.
